This international rugby league competition is held every four years and hosted by Australia in 2107. Gill was invited to direct the opening ceremony at AAMI Park in Melbourne, featuring Casey Donovan and a cast of dancers and performers representing all of the participating countries, this was an inclusive and memorable opening ceremony.
