Winter Feast at Dark Mofo

Winter Feast is the centrepiece of Dark Mofo, MONA’s winter arts festival in Hobart. Celebrating Tasmania’s incredible produce and food culture, it has set the standard for contemporary food events. Gill initiated Winter Feast and directed the first three, establishing it as a theatrical gastronomic paradise and must-do experience within Dark Mofo.
